Is a representative of financial institutions during; inspections or audits in the following works:
Physical inventories. We conduct a physical inventory to verify that the company has the amount of goods, and the products, mentioned in the financial documents .
During this inventory also we verify that the rules in the contract between both parties, are met.
We check that the Company comply with good storage conditions, security, cleanliness and verify that the product meets the appropriate quality standards.
Types of product inventory:
- Agriculture and livestock sector: cattle, pigs, etc.
- Perishable meats such as beef, chicken, pork and seafood.
- Agricultural agriculture, grains such as: sugar, corn, wheat, sorghum, coffee, cocoa, etc.
Accounts receivable inventory. An inspection of all accounts receivable is made into the company, verifying that the company has the potential billing and such accounts exist, and they have a good collection system.
During the inspection, it will determine that the Company meets the standards established in the contract, between the parties, and based on the same, it will determine whether the accounts are in order and to comply with the collateral requirements.
Inspection Company
A prior inspection of the entire company is performed, checking, production capacities, storage, sales and the level of growth.
During this inspection we qualify the processes performed by the client and determine whether the company is reliable physically, to exercise credit.
